This special event promises an unforgettable evening of inspiration, entertainment, and philanthropy, bringing together the community to support education, healthcare, clean water, and economic development programs in Haiti.
In the spirit of recognizing and celebrating impactful partnerships, Hope for Haiti is honored to present the Clara Lionel Foundation with the JoAnne M. Kuehner ‘Heart of Gold’ Award. The award celebrates the foundation's unwavering support for locally-led organizations working to bolster the resilience of communities affected by natural disasters.
Krystle Francis, Director of Programs (Caribbean) at the Clara Lionel Foundation, shared her thoughts on the partnership: "Our Caribbean communities are disproportionately burdened by environmental inequities, and we are proud to have partnered with Hope for Haiti to continue to empower locally-led organizations to support the resilience of frontline communities in the wake of natural disasters."
Hope for Haiti will also present Coinbase with the ‘Hope’ Award. The award recognizes Coinbase's pivotal role in providing critical financial support to 300 Haitian families following the devastating 2021 earthquake, highlighting how cryptocurrency can be harnessed for global good.
"At Coinbase, our mission is to increase economic freedom," said a representative from Coinbase. "Our partnership with Hope for Haiti demonstrates how crypto can be used for good to solve global challenges. We're honored to be recognized during the event and to partner with Hope for Haiti."
"Hope for Haiti is privileged to be working alongside our dedicated partners who have stepped up to help the people of Haiti during another year of great challenges," said Hope for Haiti CEO Skyler Badenoch. "We're immensely grateful for their support and their dedication to our mission."
Celebrating Hope, a testament to resilience and transformation, will feature a feast for the senses. Guests will savor exquisite Haitian cuisine by acclaimed chef Nadege Flurimond, renowned for her exceptional flavors and culinary expertise.
