Devika Nohar is an Administrative Associate at the Clara Lionel Foundation, which focuses on climate resilience and climate justice, both in the Caribbean and United States. She is responsible for communications support, research, and logistics. She also manages the organization’s relationships with donors, partners, grantees, fellows, and interns.
Devika moved from Guyana to the United States in 2016. She has worked at the Department of Motor Vehicles, Cypress Hills Local Development Corporation, Exit Realty All City, and most recently as an Administrative Assistant at the CPA firm, Dinowitz and Bove. This diverse work experience has allowed her to hone her skills in project management and communications.
Devika has an Associate’s degree in Business Administration from the Borough of Manhattan Community College. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources at Baruch College. Outside of work, Devika enjoys reading, going to the beach, watching the sunset, indulging in Netflix, and being an awesome dog mom.
