In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, CLF has partnered with individuals and organizations to provide immediate help to communities around the world.

Child Mind Institute
Supporting first responder consultation calls, crisis support in New York City public schools, capacity-building training for educators and expanding access for the direct treatment of 1,200 at-risk students.link
Doctors Without Borders
Supporting response efforts including COVID-19 case management, training, and the set-up of ICU and hospital beds and isolation units, in some of the hardest to reach areas of the world.
Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation
Enabling the Global AIDS Interfaith Alliance (GAIA) Community-Based HIV Testing Services to work with mobile clinics to manage the anticipated spread of COVID-19 in the Mulanje and Phalombe districts of Malawi.
Enabling mental health experts to provide services for campuses, teens, adults, business and community groups to be able to recognize you adults who may be struggling with the COVID-19 pandemic.link
La Casa de Don Pedro
Providing three months of rent payments, gift cards for groceries and essential goods, and access to housing counselors for families in Newark through its Rental Relief Program.
Newark Emergency Services for Families
Supporting the operation of its homeless Drop-in Center, food pantry and meal programs, as well as providing rental and utility assistance for families on the brink of eviction.link
Newark Working Kitchens
Through World Central Kitchen, supporting the distribution of 150,000 meals to food-insecure households, including senior citizens, low-income families and homeless individuals, in Newark.link
New York Immigration Coalition
Providing emergency economic support, the expansion of rights for immigrants and undocumented workers, and advocating for free testing and treatment for all New Yorkers, regardless of immigration status.link
The Centre of Popular Democracy
Working to create equity, opportunity and a dynamic democracy in partnership with high-impact base-building organizations, organizing alliances, and progressive unions.link
The World Health Organization’s COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund
Prioritizing protective equipment for frontline health workers and diagnostic labs, establishing and maintaining ICUs, and accelerating the development of vaccines and other therapies across the globe.link
Total Community Action
Supporting rental assistance for economically vulnerable Orleans Parish residents impacted by the pandemic in partnership with the New Orleans Mayor’s Office of Community and Economic Development.link
Expanding remote crisis teams, recruiting and training digital volunteers for TrevorText and TrevorSpace, and increasing data security connections made between support staff and LGBTQ youth.link
