The Clara Lionel Foundation Barbados Scholarship

New scholarship opportunity provided by the Clara Lionel Foundation for students who are currently in their final year of secondary school in Barbados.

The Clara Lionel Foundation (CLF) was founded in 2012 by Robyn Rihanna Fenty in honor of her grandparents, Clara and Lionel Braithwaite. Beginning in 2022, The Clara Lionel Foundation Barbados Scholarship will be awarded to two talented students graduating from secondary school in Barbados who plan to attend an accredited college, university, or vocational-technical school for the upcoming academic year.

In order to be eligible, students must:

  • Be a native citizen of Barbados
  • Be completing their final year of secondary school in Barbados
  • Plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at any accredited two- or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school (or equivalent) for the entire upcoming academic year
