Ivan Rosales

Ivan Rosales is the Chief Financial and Operating Officer at the Clara Lionel Foundation which focuses on climate resilience and climate justice, both in the Caribbean and United States. He is responsible for overseeing all fiscal and fiduciary responsibilities for the organization, and for managing all human resources and operational elements of CLF.

Ivan is skilled at building out systems and infrastructure for mission-driven organizations. Prior to joining CLF, Ivan was the head of finance and operations at North Star Fund, a social justice fund that supports grassroots organizing led by communities of color building power in New York City and the Hudson Valley.

Ivan is committed to climate and social justice. He developed this commitment as an organizer in the immigrant rights movement. Over the years, Ivan has served on the boards of the ACLU of Southern California, the New York State Youth Leadership Council, and currently serves on the Board of the AJ Muste Memorial Institute.

Ivan splits his time between Brooklyn and San Bernardino, CA.
