Jennifer Rosales

Jennifer Rosales is the Senior Vice President of the Fenty Corporation, overseeing Fenty Skin, Fenty Beauty and Savage X Fenty. From 2008 to 2017 she served as Rihanna’s assistant, and her responsibilities quickly evolved as Rihanna’s starpower grew, setting the stage for her eventual career as an accomplished business executive. 

In her current role, Jennifer provides strategic oversight across Fenty’s brands, including collaborating with product, marketing and operations teams and adopting a 360-degree approach to guide the company forward. The fast-paced nature of her work combined with her commitment to a bold vision to help amplify the inclusive message of the Fenty brand remains a guiding beacon to Jennifer’s work.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from California State University. In addition to her longstanding engagement with the Clara Lionel Foundation’s Global Advisory Board, Jennifer is a proud Latina who attributes her work ethic to her immigrant parents, with a passion for inspiring young people to chase their dreams and embrace the power of hard work. Jennifer lives in Northridge, California with her husband and two young boys.
