Krystle is an end-to-end program and project manager who holds an excellent track record in project delivery. Her strengths in program and project management include: controlling budgets, negotiating subcontracts, managing contract compliance, and providing day-to-day communication with project teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget. As a team player, she prides herself in maintaining strong working relationships with all stakeholders, resulting in successful project experiences.
With a Bachelor's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Florida International University, and a Master's in Natural Resource and Environmental Management from the University of the West Indies, Krystle is a reputable business professional with more than 10 years’ experience as an engineer and project management consultant. These consultancies have spanned various World Bank, CDB, Private Sector and Government projects across the Caribbean Region, including holding the position of Program Manager for the implementation and operational phases of the Caribbean Regional Communications Infrastructure Program (CARCIP). Krystle's management expertise spans the environmental, construction, telecommunications and entertainment industries, and as an innovative and entrepreneurial individual, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to all assignments.
